Metro South Finance are looking for an Assistant Business Manager to join their team. The purpose of this position is to support the Business Manager by delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality administrative and financial assistance to services within Metro South Health@Home Community Services and Redland Residential Care. This includes tasks related to financial management, compliance with statutory requirements, financial analysis, budget reporting, accrual accounting, and general ledger activities.

About the Role Assist in managing the long-term and daily financial activities of Redland Residential Care to maximise resident satisfaction and quality.Work in collaboration with the Business Manager in the development of budget allocations, in consultation with the Finance Manager.Provide advice and assistance to Metro South Health staff on relevant financial and administrative policies, procedures, and standards, including items associated with the Aged Care Act and associated legislation.Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend/implement enhancements to existing practices.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
