This is an internal posting, only current UHV employees will be considered. Administers student cashiering, tuition and fee billing, student receivables, student refund processing, enrollment cancellations, and term withdrawal processing.
Manages daily office operations of the student billing office, which includes student accounts and cashiering. Supervises student billing front office staff. Administers the processing of student receivables, student refunds, tuition and fee billing, enrollment cancellations, and term withdrawal processing. Resolves or assists with resolving financial issues with students, parents, faculty, and staff. Tests updates and rollovers in PeopleSoft Student Financials module. Recommends operational changes and participates in the development of policies and business procedures for the Bursar's Office. Represents the Bursar's Office at various meetings, and serves on various standing committees. Serves as operational backup to the Bursar. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EEO/AA
