About The Role Assisting senior brokers in managing client portfolios and developing tailored insurance solutions.Conducting market research and analysis to identify insurance products that meet client needs.Preparing insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Collaborating with team members to optimise processes and deliver exceptional service.Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software.Benefits & Perks Competitive salary package ($60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience)Quick Career progression to Insurance BrokerExposure to a wide network of professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections.Good level of flexibility - implemented a work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home.Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups.Social environment and numerous staff events, including weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events.How To ApplyIf you believe you are a strong candidate for this role, please submit your CV to or call .
