In the expansion of our Australian subsidiary based in North Sydney, we are currently seeking candidates to fill in a Full-time position as Local Product Manager S1.
Your mission POSITION'S ASSIGNMENT:
Dotted-line reporting to the Avene Brand Manager whilst working closely with the wider Marketing team in the areas of marketing communication, implementing the season marketing program to achieve sales and growth targets of Avene and Klorane.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Executing the Marketing plans to ensure that new products and promotions are being delivered to the market on time and within budget.Supporting Brand Managers and the Digital Marketing Team in execution of marketing campaigns and ongoing projects.Briefing in and producing Marketing collateral, merchandise instore point of sale material and local packaging relating to both product launches and promotions.Supporting in the preparation of presentations such as marketing presentations to Australian retailers and for any internal projects/conferences.Assisting with the implementation of the PR strategy and the organization of PR events. Managing relationships with external stakeholders.Conducting regular market share, competitor and pricing analysis to ensure that the wider marketing teams are informed of market activity. Produce post-campaign reports.Managing stock orders for the office, find opportunities to utilise excess stock through sampling, charity donations and brand awareness activities.Supporting wider teams as the Marketing representative in cross-functional projects (sales, training, shopper marketing, supply chain, regulatory).Raising PR/PO in the AX system for the digital invoices and keeping track in the budget tracker.Creating product descriptions for New Product Launches (NPD) using information available from Head Office and getting them approved by local QRVI.Assisting Brand Managers with the NPD Stage Gate Process and the creation of the marketing deck. TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS Education:Degree qualified in Marketing or Business.Experience:2-year work experience in marketing support role, FMCG preferred.Experience working in Health and Beauty space with Australian Pharmacies will be advantageous.Personal Skills:Project management.High attention to detail.Flexible and adaptable to change.Responsive, anticipates and takes initiative.Ability to analyze and problem solve.Hands on and team player.Results-oriented.Competent in Microsoft Programs (Powerpoint and Excel).Superior verbal and written communications skills.
