About the role Supporting the Branch Manager in the operations and day to day running of the branch, you will ensure the team's success as you oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists.
Your main areas of responsibility will be: Coaching, developing, whilst supporting a small team of trade, sales and packing gurus to reach their full potentialProviding high levels of sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledgeManaging resolution, customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsContributing to a culture of Safety by putting safety first.
