About the role Supporting the Branch Manager in the operations and day to day running of the branch, you will ensure the team's success as you oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists.
Your main areas of responsibility will be: Coaching, developing, whilst supporting a small team of trade, sales and packing gurus to reach their full potential Providing high levels of sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge Managing resolution, customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Contributing to a culture of Safety by putting safety first. Our teams prioritise safety, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home. What we're looking for Supervisory experience or be ready to take the next step in your career Previous trade, industrial experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience is highly desirable Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external customers, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating 'moments that matter' A solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills Hold a valid driver's licence Why our team loves working at NAPA Competitive salary and generous incentives for outstanding performance.
