Your new role As an Assistant Branch Manager, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for our customers, meeting both the Company's and customers' expectations. This role involves strategic logistical planning and skillfully addressing any unforeseen issues that arise. Additionally, you'll be responsible for promptly handling customer inquiries and supporting the Branch Manager in team management.
What You'll Need to Succeed Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry. A full and clean driver's license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity. Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Proficient in using computer systems and software for reporting.
