Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & professional customer-centric individual to join Shamrock Hotel's Leadership Team as our Assistant Bottle Shop Manager. You will provide your expertise and leadership in the pursuit of driving performance and improving Staff/Customer Experience within a FOH & BOH capacity.

A genuine passion and care for the hospitality industry & the people that work within it. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude. High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well. Flexible availability required across days, nights, weekends, and holiday periods. Experience with Stocktake, Ordering, Invoicing. Ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting and may be repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines. High standard of cash handling skills. A current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain). A current Forklift Licence (optional).
