We are now seeking customer service-focused and luxury-minded Assistant Banquet Manager to join our Team.
As an Assistant Banquet Manager , you will provide superior service, quality, and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic, and timely service and providing good banqueting knowledge to elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Banqueting operations and supporting the Banquet Manager in operations. Your responsibilities also include:
Ensure the efficient running of the Banquets Operations and communicate effectively to the team to deliver market-leading events, with bespoke service and quality product. Manage and assume overall responsibility for all Banqueting and Event functions throughout the Hotel. Ensure that every guest is served in a timely and efficient manner that adheres to the pre-set standards of Banqueting and the Standards of Procedure established by The Langham, Gold Coast. Lead by example by being present in operations throughout service periods, peak times, and VIP Events. Work with our external AV Operators to enhance the guest experiences and build revenue opportunities that lead the market. Assist Banquet Manager to maintain an up-to-date version of Safe Operating Procedures for Banquets. Ensure compliance with the highest standards of customer service at all times.
