Job Description Full time, permanent position based in Girraween, NSW for early 2025 commencement.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Extra 1.5% superannuation paid on top of national standard super rate.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating client sample pick ups and bottle order deliveries, preparing bottle orders, dispatching freight interstate and maintaining good client relationships.
Key accountabilities will include but not limited to: Coordinating with the bottle dispatch team to manage and fulfill client container order requests accurately.
Coordinating logistics with deliveries and sample pickups.
Conducting administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, invoice costing and maintaining client records.
Assisting in Sample receipt to log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Reviewing client sample and testing requirements and communicating with clients regarding sample submissions and addressing any related questions or concerns.
Providing exceptional client support through phone and email communication.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will obtain the following: A tertiary qualification in science and/or Laboratory Techniques or experience within the Service industry or a laboratory would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer applications.
Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering quality service.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing team goals.
Willingness to learn and adhere to laboratory safety protocols.
