Laptop provided Key Selection Criteria Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way. Tertiary qualified in Finance or Accounting Currently pursuing or qualified CPA/CA Strong software skills with advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sound organisational and time management skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Active listening skills Ability to build & maintain strong relationships Adaptability, flexibility & the ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads Excellent attention to detail, organisational & negotiation skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience in the Construction or Insurance industry ideal, however not essential An amazing role with a great company where no two days are the same.
