As an Assistant Accountant, you'll contribute to ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reporting, as well as supporting our operational efficiency and growth in the region.About the RoleIn this role, you'll join a high performing team to assist in the delivery of timely and accurate services including:End of month processing: balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger journals, accruals, fixed asset accounting and prepaymentsBank reconciliationsAd-hoc reportingSupporting the preparation of BAS statements, FBT, and other tax-related filingsMaintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records, supporting internal and external governance and auditsAbout YouBachelor of Commerce/Accounting or related tertiary disciplineMinimum 1 year experience in a similar accounting roleStrong customer service ethic with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersExceptional attention to detail, effectively multitask and prioritiseAbility to work independently, and be self-motivatedOracle or large ERP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel highly regardedAn understanding of accounting standardsPlease note: You must hold Australian work rights to apply for this position.About UsEvery day, our people come together to find solutions for our clients' complex challenges.
