This role is perfect for those who want to step up into being an accountant or considering starting their CPA!Job DescriptionYour main duties will include:Tenant invoice preparation, monitoring and collectionTenant rental account reconciliationsTrack lease agreements and perform rental reviewMonitor and control property-related expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and taxesCheck payable invoices and perform payment on timeEnsure all AP AR transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting systemPerform reconciliation of payments against bank recordsMaintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist in preparation of financial statements and reports for property portfoliosAssist in developing and managing budgetsProvide financial forecasts for property managementPreparing BAS for reviewFiling of property recordsAny other ad-hoc tasks as requested by managementThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have at least 3 years of accounts experience, ideally with exposure to the property industry or property administration.
