Our client is a successful project home builder, established for over 20 years.
Currently building 150+ homes per year and due to natural growth, they have a pipeline of work coming up.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their small team!
The RoleKeeping track of all payments and expenditures, up to 200 invoices weeklyPaying vendors and responding to all finance-related queriesManaging all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencementContinuous improvement of payment processesSupporting the creditor functionAssisting the wider Finance Team across adhoc requests & dutiesAbout You2 years minimum experience in an Accounts role, ideally within the construction industryTertiary qualifications within Finance/Accounting advantageousImpeccable communication skills - Both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsRemuneration & BenefitsA remuneration package upwards of $70k - 80k + superannuation (experience dependent)Genuine workplace flexibility supporting hybrid WFH practicesBased in Box Hill - North West Hills DistrictTraining and supportFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Kim Castueras on or click apply.
