You must:
be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate.have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.have some experience in hospitality sector.complete a unit in taxation law as part of your course.focus the majority of your work on income tax returns, supporting workpapers, and administrative activities.be committed to a career in your field of study.be able to work at least 3 days per week. LEARNING OUTCOMES:
You could be provided work experience in the following areas:
Preparing income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, superannuation etc.BAS / IAS, GST, FBT ReturnsBookkeepingCreating and returning financial statements and documents to clientsLiasing with the Australian Taxation Office and other regulatory bodiesCollect and enter data for various financial spreadsheetsUtilise MYOB, Xero, SAPLOCATION
