We have a 6-week contract role for a well-established client based in Forrestfield.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to make an impact in a short time.
This role is looking to start in the next week and will run up to around 20 th December.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes Support accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and post journal entries accurately and promptly Assist with financial reporting and analysis Work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations Petty cash reconciliation, BAS lodging About You: Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role or similar Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Availability to start immediately and commit to the full 6-week term This is a fantastic chance to add valuable experience to your CV while supporting a busy team.
