Having been in their sector since the mid-1900s, our client is a trailblazer and takes significant pride in providing exceptional service for all their clients across Australia.Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Accountant, you will report to the Senior Management Accountant and be responsible for several key duties to include:Bank reconciliationsPrepayments and accrualsAssist with end-to-end payroll, to include journal postings and reconciliationsResponsible for maintaining fixed assets and general ledgerAssist with the accounts receivable functionAssist with month-end preparationThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
