About your new Role
This busy role is integral to the finance team and will help manage the day-to-day financial administration of Trilogy's managed investment schemes.
Processing of supplier payments and monthly investor distributions Reconciliation of monthly income and expenses Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Bank reconciliation preparation and posting of data into the accounting system Assist in preparation of rental and accounting schedules Calculation and payment of management fees to the Responsible Entity Preparation of monthly and quarterly Activity Statements and other ATO lodgements Maintenance of cashflow forecasts and ongoing monitoring of finance covenants Preparation of monthly board papers
About you
You will be used to a busy environment and will most likely have just graduated with an Accounting degree: Finance degree Have full working rights - this is a full-time permanent position Hands-on approach to work Had some exposure to working in some sort of financial role
