Randstad is recruiting for an assistant accountant to join a successful company based in Yatala.
This role commencing in Jan 2025, is an ongoing temporary full time role for a minimum of 10 months, and the high possibility of permanent employment for the right person!
Key duties:
- Inventory accounts payable
-Support the accounting team with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Assistance with debt collection and monitoring
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- End of month ADHC reporting
- Accruals and provisions
- End of month system administration
- Other administration as required
Skills/experience required
- Experience with FX and overseas payments highly desirable
- 3 proven experience in the Assistant Accountant role or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
