THE ROLE…As the Assistant Accountant for Darwin Commercial, your primary focus will be to provide skilled support to our Darwin Commercial team. Responsible for liaising with senior management team members across both Darwin Commercial and the National Support Office.RESPONSIBILITIES…In this position, you will be required to:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting softwareProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely mannerReconcile bank statements and credit card transactionsWork closely with the National Support Office finance team to support month-end and year-end closing proceduresMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.YOU…You will have an engaging character, an analytical mind, and the ability to see the bigger picture, all whilst having strong attention to detail. With outstanding communication, you will be able to confidently demonstrate your reporting and accounting abilities.
