From accounts payable and month-end closing to reconciliations and payroll, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Finance Department and contributing to our overall business success.Your Responsibilities:Conducting thorough AP account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparencyResolving creditor queries promptly to maintain strong relationships and trustAP month-end closing processes, ensuring seamless financial operationsProviding essential support to the Finance Department in achieving its goalsTackling ad hoc tasks to keep the daily operations of the finance team running smoothlyPerforming General Ledger reconciliations ensuring accuracyEnsuring credit card reconciliations are handled effectively and on timeAssisting with the month-end reporting process to meet deadlines and deliver quality resultsSupporting payroll processing and maintaining up-to-date employee recordsFacilitating the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth startPreparing and managing invoicing for hire services with accuracyEnsuring yearly budget process is done in an accurate mannerThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we're Looking For:1-3 years of accounting experience (preferred but not essential)Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracyFast and precise data entry skillsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (ERP experience, particularly Pronto, is a plus)Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationThe Benefits:At Komatsu Forklifts we have proven career pathways into a variety of exciting fields.
