Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role offers an excellent platform for growth, with diverse responsibilities spanning accounting, compliance, and process improvement.This is a permanent, full-time position, and a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate coding of transactionsSupport month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist in preparing financial reports, budgets and audits.Maintain the asset registerOversee customer accounts, including the management of overdue accountsProvide support to the AP/AR team as requiredDrive process improvement, technology adoption and document internal processesAbout YouA degree in Accounting degree (preferred) and a desire for ongoing professional development.Strong knowledge of accounting principles; manufacturing experience is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including ExcelExceptional attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skillsHigh level of integrity, confidentiality and discretionOrganised, efficient and solution focusedA hands-on, 'can do' attitudeA team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to workAPPLICATION PROCESSIf this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
