Mono's projects span across many sectors including medium density mixed use projects, apartments, commercial and education spaces.We are now seeking a full time Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in our Support Office located in Rydalmere, Sydney.The RoleBeing the first point of contact for accounts/finance enquiriesUndertaking all AR/AP functionsReconciling Bank, Credit Card, A/R, A/P General LedgersMaintaining the companies financial databases and spreadsheetAssisting with month end financial journals and reportingAssisting with regulatory requirements including BAS/IAS and EOY financialsUndertake all administrative functions in support to the Finance teamAd hoc duties and analysis as requiredAbout youTertiary qualifications in accountingAt least 2 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper roleProficient in Xero and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience working with construction accounting software is desirable (Procore / SAP / Cheops)What we offer youA value focused culture – We are Focused, Respectful, we Anticipate, Never Give Up and we are Kind.
