ASX Listed Biotech Organisation & Hybrid Working ArrangementsMelbourne CBD location with a valued cultureAbout Our ClientMy client is a prominent player in the life sciences industry with operations spanning across the globe and is dedicated to improving patients' lives with innovative solutions.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Assist in month-end and quarter-end procedures including general ledger journal entries, WIP, and payroll.Maintain the fixed assets register.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.Manage the quarterly unbilled WIP process.Preparation of BAS and other compliance documents.Liaise with the company's tax advisors and assist with the preparation of company Income Tax and FBT returns.Provide support for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and administration.Support in the share option exercise process, including compliance and tax.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role you must have the following:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 2 years of experience working in an accounting environment.Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel.Experience in public practice or an ASX environment is highly regarded.Experience with SAP and IBM Cognos is highly regarded.Consistent attention to detail.Demonstrated time management skills.What's on OfferHybrid working arrangements.
