Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Regional Directors and back up broking tasks. Maintaining client/insurer relationships. Managing renewals, new business and claims settlements. Preparing reports, manuals and schemes documentation. Providing broad based assistance in the development and growth of the business. Your Experience
You'll be looking for a unique opportunity to extend your existing insurance experience in a people focused company. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you'll:
Ideally be Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 or Diploma highly regarded). Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture. Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction. Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
