Turosi Pty Ltd is a privately owned Company with approximately 1500 employees across 20 facilities in Victoria, Brisbane and NSW, providing a full range of raw and cooked food solutions across a range of proteins to the retail and food service sectors.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, KFC and Yum, we are seeking a motivated, results-driven Assistant Account Manager to assist in managing our KFC/YUM accounts nationally. The successful candidate will understand and have experience working with KFC and or other similar large QSR brands within the Australian market. Dealing daily with Customer service, Store, Franchisee, Head Office, NPD, QA & FIT teams, this role will be responsible for assisting in managing the Yum accounts and expected sales growth within each customer base as well as from time to time filling in for the National Business Manager. In this role you may need to be available after hours as well as for certain customer functions. 
Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Has the flexibility to travel and fly interstate at regular intervals and on short notice.Acting as 2IC to the National Business Manager, KFC & Yum and filling in when on leave. Provide on-the-ground support for sales & generate leads and close new deals, Assist in growing sales within current and other Yum contracts nationally.Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess & maintain the quality of our company's relationship with them.Maintain customer relationships and service standards to the highest level.Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics,Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to management.Qualifications and skills: Whilst a business or sales orientated diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor or graduate Certificate level is favourable, relative and proven experience will also be considered. Have a minimum of one or more years KFC or similar QSR sales experience.Minimum 1 years' B2B sales experienceTrack record of superior sales performanceExcellent people & negotiation skillsStrong decision-making abilitiesFlexibilityFamiliarity with CRM software, spread sheets, Cost of Goods and costings. Have a good understanding of KFC/YUM and or relevant high end QSR.  An attractive package, including a fully maintained vehicle, is available for the right person.
