The purpose of this roleis to:
Provide a high level of customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters and other key stakeholders
Gather relevant client information and identifying key issues to provide assistance to broker
Process and manage the administration of these accounts including preparing quotes, processing changes, policy preparation
Promote the Gallagher brand and yourself to generate ongoing new business opportunities
Ensure internal databases and relevant systems are kept up to date and accurate.
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years' experience in a customer service / sales role plus:
