This industry leader is looking for an Assistant Accountant/Admin Manager at Rydalmere location.
Start from 8-19 July and 29-31 July, weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
if you perform well, extension is expected.
Responsibilities: Assisting Accounts / Administrator in accounting jobs such as recording expenses, bank reconciliation and preparing monthly General Journal entries for closing/allocation/correctionsAccounts receivable - Investigating, following up and processing of outstanding claims, credit notes and overdue invoicesPreparing and processing weekly paymentAll freight invoice check against sales and internal transferEOM Adjustment accrual, prepayment, customer depositTimely and accurate processing of invoicesEnsure supporting documents and approvals are obtainedBe the first point of contact for any client invoice queries and come to a resolution with the clientPromptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients What you will need: 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative work.
Available during the specified period (8-19 July and 29-31 July), weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
