Role OverviewThe Assets Project Coordinator works with a team of engineering professionals where you will play a crucial role in providing project administration, quality assurance and monitoring, tracking and reporting of project performance.
The Project Coordinator works closely with Assets and Capital delivery leadership, team members, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of project plans.Key Responsibilities Assist in creating, maintaining and coordinating project team related activities, ensuring all tasks are appropriately sequenced and deadlines are met;Coordinate project activities among cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aware of their tasks and deadlines;Update project tracking tools and systems to reflect accurate project status and milestones achieved;Support the implementation of Project Controls protocols and the application of the project plan across the project team;Facilitate communication and interface with internal FPH support functions where required including IT, Administration, People & Brand, etc;Preparation of regular progress reports for the project team leadership, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, risks and areas requiring attention;Assist in managing resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure they are allocated appropriately to support project needs;Support project managers in ensuring that project activities adhere to quality standards as well as safety and project related protocols;Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, coordinating agendas, record keeping, meeting minutes, action items tracking, word processing and document formatting, arranging travel, and managing project-related documentation; andSupport with internal and external stakeholder engagement and management and foster a collaborative culture.
About youThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a high paced environment.In addition your skills and experience will include; Diploma in Project Management highly regarded or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience;Previous project experience in a complex project environment;Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks;Ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Camms and Maximo software system or equivalent(desirable); andDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
