Other (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Established in 1994, Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) is an Aboriginal organisation based in the Pilbara, with responsibilities to provide essential and community services to remote Aboriginal communities within the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Mid-West regions of Western Australia.
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Assets Maintenance Officer to manage the maintenance of the fleet, plant and equipment, office buildings and residential properties assets in accordance with operational requirements.
Note this is a residential, non-FIFO role.
The Role Ensure compliance with all fleet management regulations and standards.
Manage vehicle registrations and insurance.
Monitor and report on fuel usage and costs.
Establish and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers and other vendors.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet and asset management.
Conduct regular audits and data analysis to optimise utilisation and cost management.
Generate reports on asset utilisation and performance.
Plan maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure continuous operations.
Organise servicing and repairs of fleet and plant assets as required, including checking quality of repairs.
Organise servicing/ repairs to Office buildings and Residential properties as required, including checking the quality of repairs.
