At RSGx, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and commitment to excellence.The Role:As our Asset Administrator, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring fixed assets owned, leased, or rented by the company are maintained at a high standard. To manage assets, you will maintain an accurate inventory to track assets, working closely with our Operations and Procurement teams to ensure that assets are logged accurately.Key Performance Areas:Regular review of Asset Register for completeness and accuracyConstantly record purchased assets in the asset registerManage the national distribution of assets including tracking, delivery, and acknowledgment of asset transferCoordinate and corroborate asset purchase orders with the procurement teamCoordinate, log, and store returned assetsWork closely with designated supervisor to conduct asset verification and auditsMeticulously file all asset management related documentsManage and track the usage of assetsTrack and provide timely alerts about office rentals leases or renewalsEnsure company vehicles are properly registered, as applicableManage and track the use of fleet management financial resources/ budgetReport on the fleet management expenses on a monthly basis and track budget vs actual to minimise spending challengesConduct site visits to the field offices to audit and verify asset registerRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMeticulous attention to detailDemonstrated ability to relate to people from diverse backgroundsExcellent ability to apply initiative, good judgement, and creative thinkingA commitment to ethical behaviour and business managementExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written including written reportsStrong problem-solving skillsVery good computer skills.
