This particular role involves assisting managers, supervisors, and external agencies to ensure the efficient operation of asset management services and ensure that all is aligned with company policies and procedures.
Duties Evaluate Maximo business system data to ensure that Planned Maintenance cycles are functioning as intended.Support the analysis and presentation of asset data to drive business improvement initiatives.Minimise waste in labour and materials and mitigate company risk.Detect issues and discrepancies in Maintenance and Project Work Orders, collaborating with the Asset Manager, Maintenance Fleet Manager, and Project Manager to resolve them.Strive for continuous improvement in Maintenance Projects and Asset Management practices.Create technical guides to ensure consistent and accurate collection of quality condition scores for assets.Support in maintaining service records to track and forecast maintenance and inspection.Assist in setting up automated Planned Maintenance programs in Maximo.Skills and Experience Experience in a similar position.Proficient in managing ERP system data.Skilled in creating digital reports using BI tools, Excel, and Google Analytics for dashboard presentations.Experienced in conducting condition surveys to ensure quality data capture.Develop and maintain asset registers and associated data.Adept at producing technical documents.Required Maximo experience - EssentialQualifications or experience in data management, analysis, and administration.Qualifications or experience in asset management.Knowledge of the Rail Safety Act and Regulations - advantageous.Full Australian working rights - EssentialCulture
