As the Asset Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management and strategic leadership of CN's Asset Services teams, which encompass key areas such as Roads, Stormwater, Environment, Bridges, and Support Services.
You will be key in aligning the management of these critical assets with CN's Community Strategic Plan to ensure that services meet the needs of the community and contribute to CN's vision of delivering high-quality infrastructure.
You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy, Service Asset Plans, City-Wide Maintenance Plans, and ensuring all financial reporting aligns with CN's legislative requirements.
As a key member of the Asset & Facilities leadership team, you will drive a high standard of proactive customer service and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure CN's assets and services are fit for purpose, achieve value for money, and support CN's long-term goals.
