This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City's sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling's vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods, and thriving communities.
About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asset Performance Analyst to join our Facilities, Projects, and Assets team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective management and accounting of the City's infrastructure assets.
You will provide strategic, specialist, and legislative advice on all infrastructure asset accounting matters, helping to guide the City's long-term asset and financial planning.
As an Asset Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress and financials related to infrastructure assets, developing processes to capture the true cost of asset investment activities, and implementing the Asset Change process organization-wide.
You will also conduct regular data audits and risk analyses on infrastructure assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
This position requires close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, particularly the Finance Services Business Unit, to ensure the capitalization of asset expenditure and the alignment of asset management systems with financial reporting.
Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating annual asset revaluations and assisting with year-end financial reporting.
