Who we are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Experience in local government asset management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of property maintenance and local government regulations.
