In this critical role, you'll establish and oversee data governance standards and policies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset and maintenance data. You'll develop key performance metrics and insights that drive continuous improvement in asset management and work execution.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data reporting procedures to monitor asset management processes, asset performance, and maintenance practices.Develop and maintain a data governance framework and standards that uphold the integrity of asset management and maintenance data.Provide actionable reporting and metrics to support continuous improvement in maintenance planning and asset performance monitoring.Ensure compliance in asset data governance and performance reporting, supporting adherence to the Asset Management Framework & Standards.Conduct annual compliance reviews and maturity assessments in line with asset management standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently handle information requests, sustaining our asset management reporting capabilities.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving data-driven enhancements in asset maintenance practices.Optimize asset maintenance data reporting and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.Partner with stakeholders to establish data requirements and reporting needs for effective asset lifecycle management.About YouWe're seeking a data-savvy professional with:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or significant experience in a similar role.Proficiency in data management and governance practices, with extensive knowledge of data governance principles.Expertise in data analysis, with experience using data and reporting systems.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with modern data visualization tools for clear and impactful communication of information.What we offer you:At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
