Asset Managers & Fleet Asset Managers - Multiple Opportunities
Randstad is seeking Asset Managers and Fleet Asset Managers for multiple roles with our clients in Perth. These positions are initially short-term contracts with a strong potential to transition into permanent full-time roles. The focus areas include fleet asset management, overall asset management, capital procurement, and project leadership within dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead strategic medium to high-risk procurement projects across infrastructure, capital, and service categories.
Conduct research, analysis, and reviews to resolve complex asset management challenges.
Provide project management services, contributing to the development and delivery of assets, services, and equipment.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Deliver high-level stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
Collaborate closely with project managers and corporate teams to drive project success.
Supervise and lead staff, providing guidance and fostering a productive work environment.

Key requirements include:
Proven experience in Asset Management, particularly within procurement or fleet management environments.
Strong background in capital procurement, category management, and project delivery.
Tertiary qualifications in procurement, engineering, business management, commerce, or a related field are highly regarded.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis to simplify complex issues for practical application.
