The Role This role offers a rare opportunity to work on a portfolio of commercial property assets along the Eastern Seaboard.
Strategic analysis, portfolio analysis, operational efficiency modeling, and forecasting are focal to the role.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, your ongoing ability to deliver corporate advisory and optimal cost management solutions will be pivotal.
The Responsibilities Identify and work with leasing on strategy to maximise the asset potentialResearch, develop and present corporate advice and strategy to JV Partners and internal StakeholdersBuilding and maintaining strong relationshipsOversee the operational efficiency of each asset to deliver the asset planEnsure all necessary budget & financial reporting is conducted and presentedIdeal Skills/Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in the asset management of mixed commercial portfolio specifically.Leasing exposure and leasing strategy of AssetsA thorough understanding or background in facilities and operational managementA strong understanding of financial analysis and modelsSophisticated communication skillsExceptional stakeholder management skillsSubstantial understanding of financial reporting softwareHighly motivated and able to work collaboratively and autonomouslyPlease call Joel Barbuto on 0403 203 000 for more information or email your CV to ******.
