The Client:

The Role:
As an Asset Manager, you will lead the strategic management and optimization of our client's residential and commercial asset portfolio. From financial analysis to asset enhancement strategies, stakeholder management to risk mitigation, this role presents an exciting opportunity to drive growth and maximize value within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance of residential and commercial properties. Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation, to drive informed decision-making. Identify opportunities for value enhancement, such as capital improvements, repositioning, and lease negotiations. Lead asset acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, tenants, and external partners. Oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management, to ensure optimal asset performance. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance portfolio resilience. Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights. Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to inform asset management strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management within the residential and commercial real estate sector. Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of driving value creation and optimizing asset performance. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with property management software and tools. Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license) preferred.
