ConsultANZ is seeking an Asset Manager to join a Tier 1 company in Sydney!What's in it for you?Competitive salary package with additional benefits and opportunities for career progression.Work with a Tier 1 company renowned for its excellence and industry leadership.Collaborative and dynamic work environment fostering innovation and growth.Exposure to high-profile projects with cutting-edge technologies and practices.Comprehensive professional development programs and support for long-term career success.Main Duties:Your responsibilities are such as, but not limited to:Manage diverse tunnel asset classes, including fire suppression, lighting, ventilation, and ITS systems.Develop lifecycle maintenance plans for short-term (1 year), medium-term (3–5 years), and long-term (10 years) strategies.Analyse and report data from asset systems to enhance maintenance strategies and decision-making.Conduct asset condition assessments and recommend maintenance or replacement actions.Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards for effective asset management.Oversee the execution of maintenance schedules to ensure reliability and efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to align asset management plans with organisational goals.Manage procurement and contracts for asset upgrades and replacements.Lead and mentor the asset management team, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will bring into the role:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven 10 years of experience in civil and construction projects; maintenance experience is ideal.Ideally has exposure in asset management systems like Maximo, Asset Vision, or RAMMS to monitor and optimise assets.Solid knowledge of regulations, standards, and best practices in asset management.Experience conducting asset condition assessments and developing proactive maintenance or replacement plans.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and managing teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to align strategies with organizational goals.Competence in managing procurement processes and vendor contracts related to asset maintenance and upgrades.APPLY NOW or send an email with your CV to ****** to know more information about this position.
