This leading organisation is well-renowned and plays an active role within the Local and Wider AU / NZ communities managing and delivering services to key and iconic facilities.
The Role: Responsible for asset management of buildings, infrastructure and equipment for a high-profile contract Support Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery and asset management planning - routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc. The Duties: Ensure strict compliance and governance Planned/preventive maintenance (PPM) planning Reviewmaintenance activities regularly Undertake asset register reviews Asset management reporting Close the gap of non-compliant items Variation management to include assets, PPM & locations Improve asset performance and risk management Conduct audit programs for the collection of asset data The Ideal Profile: Must be strong in Asset Management Plans and Life Cycle Planning Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Asset Management, Building, Construction, Engineering or relevant qualification Experience working in Facilities Management, Building Services or M&E Maintenance industry supporting commercial clients - Education, Defence, Health, Resorts, Camp or Government premises Ideally understand ISO55001 Have a professional and engaging manner and high level customer service approach Strong Microsoft skills in Word and Excel Experienced in CMMS Benefits:
