Asset Management System Administrator - 0.8EFT Ltd Ten Part time limited tenure role, working 4 days per week until 30 June 2025Work from our depot in Kalimna West with a great team$87,947.45 per annum pro rata + superThe Opportunity In this role you will manage the ongoing technical development, implementation, and maintenance of Council's asset management functions.
You will also be responsible for:
Management and maintenance of the corporate asset registerVarious periodic reports and dashboard functions using Confirm Asset Management SystemProducing reports, validating data and providing required information using SQL queries.Data collection for all assets including attribute collection and mapping.Development and mapping of reporting framework to enable extraction of data from the corporate asset register and maintenance of asset data transfer between systems.Assist in mapping of assets in the corporate mapping system and direct liaison with other officers to ensure all assets are geospatially represented.Assisting in the development and periodic review of asset management plans and general asset management policies, systems and processes.Things You're Proud Of (Key Selection Criteria) Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience (ideally in asset management).Demonstrated thorough understanding of current asset management practices and programs.Demonstrated experience in using Asset Management System, including using and manipulating background database and tables, and using systems to produce reports and dashboards.Highly developed data analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to assess civil and structural engineering plans and extract asset information from them.An understanding of some or all of the asset classes managed by local government.If successful, you will need to undertake a police check. You must also be legally entitled to work in Australia.
