Job Description The Organisation:

Our client, a visionary Greenfields infrastructure organisation committed to sustainable solutions, is at the forefront of innovation. They are dedicated to developing infrastructure projects that have the potential to shape the future of our nation. As they continue to expand, they offer a vibrant work environment that fosters collaboration and nurtures innovation. This role is integral to the design, construction, and asset management of their Greenfields project, marking the beginning of its assets maintenance and lifecycle (M&A) journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Establishment and Development: Set up and develop the M&L Contractor organisation and create a skilled and motivated Asset Management team. Contractor Network: Build and maintain an effective network of external contract service providers. Regulatory Compliance: Obtain all necessary 3rd party credentials and licenses required for Asset Management operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Safety Culture: Embed a strong safety culture within the Asset Management function, aligned with the Network Operator and D&C Contractors. Performance Management: Ensure the team achieves Availability, Reliability, Outage Management, and KPI obligations. Leadership: Provide front-line asset management leadership to the team, guiding them in their day-to-day operations. Asset Management Framework: Develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve the Asset Management Framework and Asset Management System, in consultation with the Network Operator's Technical Director. Operational Readiness: Ensure that Asset Management milestones relating to operational readiness are met. Design Development: Contribute to the detailed design development and review process, ensuring optimization for 'whole of life' considerations and M&L's specific requirements. Commercial Engagement: Support the Network Asset Manager in engaging business partners for Asset Management activities. Contract Management: Oversee reporting, service delivery, and auditing of commercial Asset Management contracts. Performance Monitoring: Utilize asset management reporting and data analytics for the M&L function. About You:
Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications are expected, as is experience working in utilities, transmission, or telecommunications. You may be currently managing assets or performing relevant project work.
