We are looking for: Byron Shire Council is currently seeking an Asset Managment Coordinator. This role is a great opportunity to provide leadership, planning, organisation and control in the development, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Council's asset management system and related programs/ projects.
About you: Tertiary qualifications in asset management, engineering, or related discipline. Proven successful experience in the development, deployment, maintenance and improvement of an asset management system. Demonstrated leadership of a team to deliver excellent customer service and quality outcomes within budget and time constraints Demonstrated record of innovation and creativity in asset management. Excellent interpersonal skills including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally complex issues to stakeholders. We offer: A maximum term, full-time position to 31/12/2027 (35 hours per week) Flexible working arrangements (work from home option up to 2 days per week post onboarding can be negotiated) Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary Grade 11 in the range of $1,878 to $2,177 per 35 hour week (dependent upon skills and experience) Other benefits include:
