• Effectively manage a small portfolio of clients providing timely and efficient funds administration services for persons under disability.
• Effectively co-ordinate and complete all processes associated with to property-related transactions, including trust property purchases, sales and high-value modifications.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with key external stakeholders, including but not limited to, real estate agents, valuers, conveyancers, builders and architects.
About Us The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role The Asset Management Coordinator is a member of the Client Services Team and is responsible for providing high level, quality service for the effective administration of funds paid in Court for persons under a legal disability (beneficiaries).
This role co-ordinates property related transactions across Client Services and is also responsible for a small portfolio of client files.
About You Demonstrated experience providing high level, professional, customer-focused operational support.Ability to maintain high-level of accuracy and confidentiality.Very strong numeracy and accuracy skills.Experience using administrative systems, in particular, Microsoft Office suite, preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven high level organisational skills, including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solving skills whilst working under pressure.Experience in the trustee industry would be highly regarded.Experience in the real estate, building and/or conveyancing industry would be highly regarded.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
