Brisbane based consultancy that works with leading names in the Mining Industry Excellent opportunity to lead and execute a variety of projects with clear career progression Utilise your problem-solving skills to find a solution for new challenges Our client is a Brisbane-based Asset Management and Maintenance consultancy that operates in the Resources sector.
As a highly successful consultancy, they've established strong partnerships with some of the largest companies in Mining and other resources have seen continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities: Will be involved with leading and executing a variety of projects, working independently on smaller tasks and leading a team of up to 5 people on larger projects.
Allocate and coordinate resources, including both internal team members and external contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan, manage and track project timelines, budgets and deliverables effectively Establish and nurture strong client relationships, guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction from initiation to project completion.
Identify and mitigate project risks and promptly resolve any issues to keep projects on track.
Organize regular progress meetings and provide detailed reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and align with client expectations.

Offer guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in mining asset management Solid track record of implementing successful asset management strategies.
Proven expertise in boosting asset performance for clients.
Strong analytical skills A structured, detail-oriented approach to tasks and project execution.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like SAP or Pronto.
