Permanent Opportunity4 days onsite and 1 day WFHRemuneration package: $130K (inc. Super)ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated Asset Management Consultant to lead and deliver infrastructure asset management projects across diverse sectors, including Government, Not-for-Profit organizations, and the private sector. You will play a key role in developing and implementing asset management strategies that optimize the operation, maintenance, and renewal of infrastructure assets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProvide expert consultancy services on infrastructure asset management to various clients, ensuring their assets are managed efficiently and effectively.Develop, implement, and oversee asset management plans and strategies to meet clients' operational and strategic objectives.Collaborate closely with clients to support and enhance their asset management processes, ensuring alignment with their broader business goals.Lead and manage strategic infrastructure projects, from data capture and asset audits to the delivery of managed services, ensuring that operational outputs align with strategic goals.Foster strong relationships with existing clients, guiding them on their asset management journey, and providing ongoing support.Drive business growth by generating new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships, with support from company Directors and the current team.Build, mentor, and develop the strategic asset management team, enhancing internal capabilities and processes while contributing to the organization's brand and market presence. MORE ABOUT YOUStrong knowledge of ISO 55000 and related documentation, such as the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM).Certification in Asset Management is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in infrastructure asset management, ideally within a consulting environment.Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and resource allocation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.Proven ability to deliver insightful reports and provide strategic guidance based on critical analysis.Strong understanding of asset management principles, including lifecycle management and sustainability.Effective time management and delegation skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
