About the role: As Aurizon's Asset Management and Strategy Division expands, we're excited to offer two brand-new roles for Asset Management Capability Specialists. Join our team to create and implement a powerful, sustainable training capability framework that aligns with our strategic goals and empowers our workforce to excel!
Develop a business-critical training capability framework and related initiatives that address strategic objectives.Embed the framework for long-term impact, ensuring sustainable application across the organization.Partner with the corporate training team to leverage expertise and develop effective business solutions.Support and streamline induction and onboarding processes for new and transitioning employees.Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans for continuous enhancement.Ensure training activities are compliant with company policies, standards, procedures, and relevant industrial instruments.Educate and guide leaders and trainers on the training framework, fostering a learning-focused culture.Analyse data and provide reports on training activities, contributing to informed decision-making.Cultivate an open learning environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas to optimize performance.About you: We're looking for candidates with:
