We are currently seeking an experienced Service Optimisation Lead to join our team in Orange, NSW.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the below: Forecasting of parts consumption within the service departmentBridge between service and inventory to ensure relevant healthy stock is on hand when required.Job scoping and estimatingPlanning of major works either field or workshop to ensure a broader understanding of the workloadMonitoring warranty processing and follow up as requiredMaintaining our job database to ensure accessibility to information regarding machine builds and midlifes across the countryEnsure efficiencies across all job processesRequirements: Previous experience in mining industry or similarTrade qualification in mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic or similarDemonstrated skills in process, systems and optimisationAn unrelenting safety focusA strong customer perspectiveHighly analytical and detailed with a strategic mindsetProblem-solving ability, diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to handle and work under pressureWhat do we offer?
