And so will you.Join us as an Asset Maintenance Coordinator, where you support the delivery of the annual planned and corrective repair and maintenance activities in alignment with Service Level Agreements to ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of the Port. The annual infrastructure maintenance program is integral to ensuring the continued safe and efficient operation of the Port assets and forms a core part of the Port of Brisbane's asset management system.Passionate, skilled, and great with people; here's who we're looking for:You have a good technical understanding, experienced in managing repair and maintenance activities and comfortable to undertake quality inspections.You're experienced in managing contractors and work orders, ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required quality.You are proficient or comfortable to learn the enterprise asset management systems (EAMS).You'll have a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and able to role model and promote Port of Brisbane's Safety First health and safety culture.You are customer-centric and able to communicate and collaborate effectively and respectfully with internal stakeholders, external customers, tenants, contractors and suppliers.You have a good attention to detail, are organized and can effectively manage and coordinate competing demands.This bit matters!
